Jive for Five began the rededication festivities by performing for 40 minutes.

The festive occasion included ice cream.

     
     
Speakers included City Manager David Fierke, Jim Reed of Shellabration, former Councilman John Hale, parks commission member Ron Norine, City Councilman Dan Payne, and Karl King Band Historian Oley Olson.

Oley Olson cut the ribbon.
